I’ve noticed that many people are starting to get acquainted with their chromebooks, but many aren’t. English teachers Sean Walsh and Natalia Brennan, who run the 1:1 initiative at MHS noticed the same thing. As a result, they have begun the process of setting up a help desk and collaborating with students and the tech department to provide assistance with chromebook related issues, and to fix the chromebooks if and when they break.

While the full system isn’t in place yet, it is growing daily, and as more people volunteer to help with the new influx of technology, the capabilities and success of the help desk and repair team will only increase.
