The popular NBC hit NCIS can only prepare you for some of the situations that are related to United States military veterans. Of course while some of the plot twists Team Gibbs can experience be horrifying and gruesome, it seems that real life has won out once again.

For a decade, the United States military has had their “boots on the ground” in country as they have been reinforcing the Afghani government after the Taliban regime was taken out in the early 2000’s. Two years later, after the US had entered Afghanistan, President George W. Bush made a speech to congress declaring his belief that the US had to invade and take out Iraqi dictator, Saddam Hussein. In his speech, Bush had claimed that the Iraqi regime had Weapons of Mass destruction which they could possibly lend to terrorists groups who worked against the US.
