Author: Lauren Mallett
Senior Lauren Mallett is returning to The Blue and Gold as the Editor-in-Chief. She joined the course her freshman year due to inspiration from her older sister, as well as an interest in writing and photography. Throughout her time in the class, Mallett became infatuated with the layout and design portion of the journalism process and quickly began to work on the print editions. She is also the Vice President of Malden High’s Feminism Club and is on the Class of 2022 Student Council. Outside of school, Mallett enjoys sewing, spending time with her three dogs and listening to music. In the future, Mallett hopes to study journalism and design. She is excited to design layouts and teach new reporters about the art of journalism.
