Ymanika Nicolas

Ymonica “Monica” Nicolas is a sophomore and a new addition to the Blue and Gold staff this year. She joined the Blue and Gold because she has a large interest in journalism. After school she participates in Nedlam’s workshop here at Malden High School where she constructs robots. She explained that the workshop is fun because she has the freedom to build whatever she wants. She is also writing a science fiction novel about a scientist who seeks world domination. Nicolas enjoys music from Panic! at the Disco and Hollywood Ending along with the show Steven Universe. Nicolas plans on pursuing journalism and other forms of writing in the future.
